Terms

These terms cover the landscape design packages sold on this site by Nextform Landscape. By booking a package you agree to them. Questions are always welcome: peilin@nextform.tech.

What a design package is

A design package is a fixed fee for residential landscape design by Peilin Li, delivered remotely to clients across North America. Current packages: Back Yard $1,999 · Front Yard $1,999 · Full Yard $3,499 · Small Space $999 (USD).

Every package includes:

• A personal design conversation with Peilin
• A landscape layout shaped around your site
• 3D studies to explore the design
• Planting and material direction
• First design in 5–10 business days
• Unlimited revisions until you love it — within the scope of your package

The package covers design only. The scope of each package is described on its package page.

Payment

The package fee is paid in full, in US dollars, when you book. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Launch offer

The first 3 clients who book and pay for a design package on this site receive 20% off the package fee (for example, Back Yard $1,599.20 instead of $1,999). The discount is applied at checkout with the code LAUNCH20. The offer ends when 3 discounted bookings have been paid, or at 11:59 pm Pacific Time on November 30, 2026, whichever comes first.

One discounted package per client and per property. The discount cannot be combined with other codes, does not apply to construction or other services, and has no cash value. The number of places left shown on this site comes from our payment records at Stripe and can be a few minutes behind; if two clients pay for the last place at the same moment, both receive the discount.

Construction is separate

Construction, permits, engineering, surveys and specialist services are not part of a design package. In the San Francisco Bay Area, construction is carried out with licensed contractors, under their own quote and agreement. Outside the Bay Area, your design can be built by a contractor of your choice.

Timing

Peilin replies within 1 business day of your booking to schedule your design conversation. Your first design is delivered within 5–10 business days after that conversation, once the site information it needs (photos, measurements, surveys) is available.

Revisions

Revisions are unlimited within the scope of your package: Peilin keeps refining your design with you until you love it. The scope of each package is described on its package page.

Changes and refunds

If you cancel before your design conversation takes place, the design fee is refunded in full. Once design work has begun, the fee covers work already done and is not refundable; if something isn’t right, tell Peilin and we will work to make it right. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Your design

Your design is prepared for your property. You may use it to build your garden there, with any contractor. Peilin may show images of the design in a portfolio without your name or address unless you ask us not to.

Your information

Details you send through the garden quiz or at checkout are used to reply to you and deliver your design. We do not sell personal information.
